FULL CONSULTATION $399: Review of medical history, goals, and health status; creation of care plan; research of diagnosis and available treatment options, then discussion of findings and summary.

IN-PERSON ADVOCACY RATE $300/HR. Please note commute time will count towards meeting time.

Initial Consultation $49: For potential clients inquiring about our services and have few questions about their health. Very brief** Cost will be waived if client signs up with Fides Health.

RETAINER RATE $150- 10 hours minimum required at a time of purchase ($1500). You can use hours as needed.
